This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the following routes for common Sevier County court-record needs:
- A docket sheet: identify the trial court, then request it from that court's clerk; the state portal covers appeals only
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
The lead custodian is the Sevier County Circuit Court Clerk, 127 Commerce Street, Suite 2104, Sevierville, TN 37862.
